We work actively, every week.
Your file is reviewed weekly against our membership. We document the curation work we do for you each month, and we can show you that work if you ever ask.

We deliver your minimum, or we extend at our cost.
Each tier includes a guaranteed minimum — three introductions in The Courtship, seven in The Concierge. If we have not reached it by the end of your term, the search continues at no further cost until we have.

We respond within three business days.
Every message receives a substantive reply within three business days. If we need more time, we acknowledge within one and tell you when a full response will arrive.

We check in proactively at 90 days.
If no introduction has been made by your 90-day mark, we write to you first. You will never have to wonder whether we have forgotten you.

If we fall short, you have real options.
Our first remedy is always to continue the work at our cost. Where extension is not appropriate, the Service Agreement provides for proportionate refunds — see the agreement for the full terms.

You do not need to terminate your membership to be heard.
These promises sit alongside our Service Agreement, Privacy Policy, and Code of Conduct. They are what a serious matchmaker should offer, and what we believe every member deserves.
